The wines of D.O. Monterrei are presented to the Andalusian public

On the occasion of the celebration of the World Day of Wine Tourism, the Monterrei Designation of Origin, in collaboration with Ruta do Viño Monterrei, has scheduled a tasting with Mercedes González, sommelier, teacher and member of national and international tasting panels.
This initiative that will be carried out at the headquarters of the Regulatory Board will allow to know different wines of the denomination, their singularities and what makes them different from those of other wine regions. It will take place on Sunday, November 9, at 11.30, and to participate you must register in advance at info@domonterrei.com, since places are limited.
The World Wine Tourism Day is a celebration promoted by the European Network of Wine Cities (RECEVIN), which takes place every year on the second Sunday in November and is held to promote wine tourism, as well as promoting and highlighting the economic and cultural importance of wine-growing regions. It is joined by numerous entities, such as that of Monterrei, which program activities as diverse as concerts, wine tastings, conferences or routes, among others.
