The wines of the D.O. Monterrei come to ’Experience Verema Santander’
On June 27, the whites and reds of Designation of Origin Monterrei will be part of the initiative ‘ Experience Verema’, which will take place in Santander.
This initiative is aimed at professionals HORECA channel (restoration, sommelier, distribution, importers, etc.), wine lovers and users of Verema. It will be held from 12 to 15 and 17 to 21 hours, and will bring the wines of Monterrei to the Cantabrian public.
In it, visitors can know, in situ, the elaborations of the following wineries registered in the Regulatory Council: Ladairo, Pazo das Tapias, Gargalo, Castro de Lobarzán, José Luis Gómez Ibáñez (Valderello), Crego e Monaguillo, Terras do Cigarrón, Terrae Monterrei (Adegas Terrae), Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán), Fragas do Lecer, Manuel Guerra Justo (Vía Arxéntea), Abeledos, Pazo de Valdeconde, Tabú, Franco Basalo, Alba Al-Bar (Daniel Fernández), Trasdovento, Fausto Rivero Pardo (Quinta Soutullo) and Manuel Vázquez Losada. Besides knowing the characteristics of the territory (soil, climate and varieties), history and wine heritage, or the typology of wines, among other issues.
The event, to be held at the Hotel Real, is the second experience Verema’ attended by the D.O. Monterrei in this 2022, after the held in the city of Valencia.
