Monterrei wines will be present at the I Salon of Wines and Spirits of Galicia, which will take place on November 9 in Amsterdam.
Monterrei will be part of this joint promotion action, organized by the Unión Española de Catadores(UEC) and the Asociación de Consejos Reguladores del Vino de Galicia y de las II.GG. Aguardientes y Licores Tradicionales de Galicia (ACRUAGA). It will be held at the Van der Valk Hotel in the city, and is the third joint action carried out by the Regulatory Councils of wines and Galician distillates, after those of Paris and London.
In the Monterrei area, the participants can taste wines from the following wineries registered in the denomination: Trasdovento, Abeledos, Ladairo, Pazo de Valdeconde, Tabú, Alba Al-Bar (Daniel Fernández), Crego e Monaguillo, Fausto Rivero Pardo (Quinta Soutullo), Fragas do Lecer, Franco Basalo, Gargalo, Manuel Guerra Justo (Vía Arxéntea), Manuel Regueiro García, Manuel Vázquez Losada, Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán), Terras do Cigarrón y Triay Adegas de Oímbra.
In addition, they will receive information on the territory, wine history and tradition, soil and climatic characteristics, grape varieties or types of wines, among other issues.
