D.O. Monterrei participates in FENAVIN 2023

Monterrei wines will be present in FENAVIN (National Wine Fair), which will take place from 09 to 11 May in Ciudad Real.

The C.R.D.O. Monterrei will be part of the joint space ‘Tunnel two vines, omens and traditional liqueurs of Galicia’, promoted from the Consellería do Medio Rural, through the Galician Axencia of Food Quality (AGACAL). In it you can taste wines from the following wineries registered in the Denomination of Origin Monterrei: Crego e Monaguillo, Terrae Monterrei and Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán). This last winery will also have its own exhibition space, in which those responsible will be present.

With the assistance to FENAVIN, the Designation of Origin aims to influence the professional sector, as it is one of the oldest and most relevant monographic wine fairs in Spain. The last edition of FENAVIN was attended by 1,874 wineries, and was attended by 14,538 domestic buyers and 4,267 international from 84 countries; as well as the participation of 50,853 visitors.

“The presence in this fair seeks to promote a greater knowledge of the D.O. Monterrei among the professional sector and influence the search for new distribution and marketing channels, both nationally and internationally, as well as strengthen our brand image”, says the president of C.R.D.O.
