The Monterrei Wine Fair has again exceeded all expectations, and this latest edition has closed with an increase in both the number of visitors to the fair and tastings.
This time they have exceeded 30,000 tastings sold in the three days of the fair, which is approximately 8% more than in the edition of 2019, which until now had been the most successful. “We are facing a consolidated wine event that, year by year, increases the number of visitors, sale of tickets-tasting and bottles of wine,” says the president of the Regulatory Council, Lara Da Silva. “In addition, on this occasion, we have seen how the interest of wine culture has increased in young people, since many of the visitors we have received this year are in the range of 20 to 35 years. All this, without forgetting that the space has been shared, as always, by families, friends and acquaintances, who have been able to meet again after these two long years for all of us. Therefore, we are very grateful for the reception that the event has had, and we hope to continue responding to consumers as we know best, through wines with an excellent quality recognized”.
