The D.O. Monterrei organizes a Wine Tunnel in Ferrol

On October 27, the whites and reds of Monterrei will be present in a Wine Tunnel of the denomination to be held in Ferrol.

The Torrente Ballester Center will be the scene of this new promotional action of the denomination for 2021, which will take place from 11 to 14 hours and between 17 and 21 hours. It is intended for the hotel and restaurant channel, distribution sector, sommeliers or hotel schools, among others.

Complying with the required hygienic-sanitary measures, during this activity the attendees will be able to know aspects such as the history and wine culture of Monterrei, grape varieties, soil and climate characteristics or different wine typologies. In addition, they will have the opportunity to discover the product that is made in the denomination, by the hand of the 21 participating wineries: Ladairo, Pazos del Rey, Pazo das Tapias, Gargalo, Castro de Lobarzán, José Antonio Da Silva Pereira (Vinos Lara), José Luis Gómez Ibáñez (Valderello),                     Crego e Monaguillo, Quinta do Buble, Terras do Cigarrón, Triay Adegas de Oímbra, Pazo Blanco Núñez (Tapias Mariñán), Fragas do Lecer, Manuel Guerra Justo (Vía Arxéntea), Abeledos, Tabú, Franco Basalo,  Alba Al-Bar (Daniel Fernández), Trasdovento, Fausto Rivero Pardo (Quinta Soutullo)  and Manuel Vázquez Losada
